Many Thanks to everyone who helped me get this Higgins (almost) back together. The frame is an German (strike) built with 3 piece crank. I adapted a nexus 3 speed rear and still not sure if I should repaint tank. I must get the rack to powdercoat (It was a ..... to find). Again thanx for parts and information.
