It's all about the tanklights
I finally found a nice condition pink and white classic for my soon to be 21 year old niece.
A 1958 Schwinn Starlet. Was hoping it was a 52 but, there are 6 digits after the E in the serial number.
But for $200 it isn't a bad buy. Now comes the time sensitive issue with getting it picked up and shipped to Norfolk Va. before July 17th.
I have contacted a few Cabe members to see if they can help and possibly have found someone but, if there is anyone near Pilsen Il.....please email me if you can help.
The bike was paid for and the seller does not ship.
The bike would need picking up then disassembled to fit an overall 131" bike box. Shipped FedEx with my acct.
Of course your time and labor would be paid for as long as I can afford it.
I figure $300 total for everything (this includes the estimated $55-75 shipping cost)...doesn't leave much on the bone for the nice guy or gal willing to help but, what goes around comes around....or shall I say good karma, right?
