prob just knock the rust off of it and give it to another of my wife's friends..

cool bike tho

Nice save. I'm glad somebody will put it to use.
It just kills me when people just throw a bike away.

It can turn into a fine cruiser.

Here's how I got my wife's.

Here's what it looks like today.

The front of the tank was missing, but the basket covers it anyway.
.

very nice looking ride..

most likely will leave the paint and clean it up and call it a survivor... rear hub is a Komet Super... first one of these I've ever seen or heard of... these the original wheels for this.. any clue?

They look like the rims I got with my pile of parts, but I can't be sure that very much of what I got was original.

I think the brake arm was a Komet, I'd have to look thru the box. The brake parts remind me of a Bendix Red Band, but I have not taken the time to see if I could get it back together.

I used the wheel set off a Huffy Walmart bike I had. So far, so good.

Very good chance that is the original hub and wheels, I have a 50's Murray built Higgins that has a Komet Super hub, clean and repack that badboy for the smoothest coaster you will ever ride.
