Been Waiting to hear back from the person on this one and today was the day not sure if its a keeper or going to flip but its going to be fun cleaning this one up but when I got it home I aired up the tires and went for a ride was shocked that all 5 gears worked and the rear drum break just need a cable I hope I will post picks after I get it cleaned

Wow . Give that chrome a good cleaning,it will come back to life. That's a rare color for a tandem. Schwinn Violet is way cool.

I have a 65 Schwinn Deluxe Twinn in Violet. It is part near mint. I love it and it rides great.

I have a '64 Deluxe Twinn in Coppertone, plan on keeping the patina as-is and locking it in with clearcoat this Spring.
