Re: 6th and ongoing... Pics Page 2

HERE it is! I finally got my springer mounted (thanks Crassly!) and boy is it sweet. What a ride! I can feel the thing flex ever so gently as the bike cruises. No noise, clunking, slamming or anything of that sort. And I DIDN'T have to give up my drum brake! I'm very happy about all this... All I need now is an old leather saddle bag, a vintage frame mounted tire pump, several old generator kits to borrow parts from and it's done for good. I have to say, this is the only bike I've owned or built that I've ever truly been satisfied with. Picture links below.

Thanks, let me know what you think!

By the way, (I wish I had thought of this before...) Where can I get replacement pads for a drum brake wheel like mine? It's not scripted but looks exactly like the Dynamo hub on a Humber here I saw recently I think...

Thanks once again! I really appreciate all your help, I was wondering if brake pads could be adapted... I'm not much good with these old headlights, I think I have it figured out now, that pm was helpful.
