'71 Schwinn Collegiate

Did some horse trading for this. Way too small for me as-is, but my vision is to make it a big Manta Ray. So, I need to find a green banana seat, tall ape hangers, and Schwinn mag multi-speed chainring. I'm thinking of putting a fat slick in the back like a Jerald sulky, but I'm going to have to spread the forward chain stays. The campus green has issues, but I may keep it as is, providing I don't need to mess it up too bad to spread the chain stays.

Both looking to be good projects - wouldn't mind building one of those someday ( although I'm short-ish enough that I ride my 20" muscle bikes a lot .

those are 26" right ? not 24's ?
