72 or 144 spoke internal 3 speed

Ive been looking for a 3 speed but I don't see anything for sale other than the 36 spoke. I did find a web sight out of Amsterdam that had something but the web sight was in Dutch. I was just wondering if anyone knew of any for sale in the U.S.?

I think you can drill between each spoke hole on a 36 and make it a 72 using a drill bit that will fit in the existing holes.

I think the Chopperdome sells spoke adapter discs for the Shimano 3 hubs. There is an icon on top of their page to click to read thier website in English.
