73 Schwinn Collegiate

I should start paying attention to CL..
Condition.. paint minor scratches and slight surface rust on the fenders. Missing rear fender reflector. Back rim needs to be trued..Brand new tires and tubes.. The tires say schwinn made by LHR Li Hsin. All for a mere 45 bucks. Serial CJ 08876. Can anyone give me a year?
