I bought a tall Continental like yours at a bike shop for $25. It had a broken rear fender/brake bridge. Fixed that, added upright Schwinn dural aluminum bars, a real seat, and chrome fenders. It's the only bike I own that I have to put the seat all the way down to ride it. These make nice riding bikes for those wanting a 10 speed ride without bending into a pretzel. Gary
Ha! Ha! Amen to riding without being bent into a taco.
Seriously both bikes look great as cruisers. I can't hack drop bars and honestly I can't handle the typical outreached arm position for most mountain bikes.
