I got this frame of ebay, plans were to go a bmx route, frame originally was a cruiser 5 model.
After piecing the parts I was going to use for this frame, after mounting the rear wheel on I came across a bent seat stay, basically the right side of the frame was out of placement not letting the rear wheel sit properly, luckily one of my locals aka Mr.Tick or aka Mr.Tick Oner was able to get the frame straighten out and the build was back on.
Originally I was trying to save the original blue color, but even before the frame straightening the blue just kept flaking and chipping away which led me to sanding the whole thing down and have it powder coated.
While at the shop I cleaned the bearings, bearings cups, seat clamp and other components that required cleaning.
I was happy with the turn out of the new color and got to working on putting this thing together.
