When my sister and I were kids, my parents bought us both brand new Schwinn's. Come to find out she still had hers stashed away. I had already been looking for a cruiser for my GF, so naturally I swooped on it. This bike has not been ridden since 1989. I did a full teardown to service all the moving parts, and shes good as new(Grease was like cement in all the bearings) I was a little confused on the frame, as I know this bike was bought brand new in 1986-87 (Headbadge stamped 200 6) but it is a straight tube frame, not like the normal cruisers. It is a 5 speed. Almost like they took a road bike, slapped fat tires on it and put some cruiser stickers on it.
