I have a small assortment of headbadges and the black one I believe came off this bike does not have an ID #. Actually none of them have an ID. It's finally done. Don't look at the Chicago style welds - they're bogus. I broke a bottom weld tapping out the bearing cups (even with a brass punch) so I did a mapp gas braze job on it. To make it presentable after it was evened out, I used epoxy putty. Joint came out so nice I Chicago-ized all the joints with epoxy putty. and then a little spot putty after priming. I really like the 9" rise handlebars.
