Dadgum dadgum. I forgot how the site flips my pics. Except the last one which jumped out of order. Maybe someone knows a technical solution to this? Uploaded from iPhone. On my buildoff thread I tried editing pic on phone to look upside down and then upload but it still was upside down, because it sometimes uploads straight. But usually upside down. Maybe I’ll come back and use photobucket but don’t have time for that right now
And not that I expect there to be super strict enforcement but it’s pretty scratch-built even with some cut up frame bits. The bb and seattube stayed together. The rear triangle was cut off a frame, but it barely had clearance for 2” tire so it got cut apart to widen clearance for at least about 2.5”, a decent cruiser tire range. (I got some 26x2.35” going on there) the seat stays were cut off and curved a little a couple spots and then refitted on there. The original downtube became the mid tube. The first time I’ve run a painted and decaled piece through my roller, something I’d probably ..... at someone else for doing on my stuff haha. The top tube was raw and the two piece downtube part was actually “waste” chromoly that the harbor freight roller dies creased into when I was rolling. Cutting up old bits for a frame keeps cost down but is more work than using raw stuff with all the cleanup.
Ok what do you think of this front end? The aesthetic flow isn’t what I was wanting but I think functionality is intact. Most of this wasn’t planned much, and kinda just let it find its own way together with the bits and parts at hand.

Not a fan of that piece on the front end, but I always appreciate a scratch built bike regardless.
