Looks like you found a Sears Gremlin. Nice Score on It. Just find a rail frame and you can make a slingshot from the parts.

There was recently one like that on the Seattle CL, but it had a stack chainguard that said PEACEMAKER. Tried to buy it, but they weren't willing to ship it, and it was a little far to go drive and pick it up.
