i think thats one of it's names.....

see it first on the show blind date. was driven by this guy while the daters powered it down the road. the driver was weaving back and forth but failed to take in account that both daters were on one side. they fell over and slid into a parked car.

Here's a photo I took of the unicycle version of the tennis shoe wheel at the Louisiana bike fest

If I recall correctly at the Tour De Fat they have a tennis shoe wheeled bike you can ride.
