Decided my double bar needed fenders too. To be honest though, I bought them for one of my Shelby’s. But when they arrived they sure didn’t look like Shelby fenders. They are actually 1941 Schwinn wide fenders with a cool paint scheme. So I’m probably gonna repaint my frame and forks to match the fenders now

I’m pretty happy that I found those fenders. Really dig that color combo. In fact I bought some paint so I can redo the frame and forks to match the fenders! Now I just need to make time to paint the darn thing
Newest acquisition is a 1942 Schwinn New World. Only war time blackout parts found on it were the bottom bracket bearing cups. Some light cleaning, greasing of bearings, new tires, and a fun ornament for it. It’s a great rider!
