That pic also verifies a Huffy frame by the shape of the seat stays where they come together. Just like the late 60's early 70's frames. The welds look pretty good so I'll bet whoever did it worked in a shop or had it done at a shop.
Maybe it's a gender bender also. Where a girl's bike top tube would meet the seat tube is a slight kink.

More help. I know what I "paid" for my 52 Columbia frame orig paint stripped and painted. (Traded for equivalent of $30 in parts) so never appraised but what's it worth selling privately? $75, $100? Dont want to under price. Includes a vintage set of 26" Bmx straight forks. Total $100? Guy keeps bugging me.
