This is the begining of a new era for me. I am venturing out of the world of full custom bikes to actually build a Rat Rod, ALL-REET brotha!!!!!!! This is what Im starting with. A Western Flyer my girlfriend turned over to me.

Mocked up. This is either a very small 26 inch frame or its a 24. I dont know how to tell. But the bike had 26x1.25s on it with fenders, the rear is now a 26x1.95 and the fenders rubbed and its super tight in the frame. It rolls ok, it'll rub if i turn a hard corner. The Apes are small i have 2 footers coming, they still look ok I think. The front is a 700x23, and
the soon to be headlight came of an old Ford tractor, I have another for a rear light. I think its the way itll look, sans lights for the show.

Just Rode it for the first time. Forgot to attach the brake arm and she bucked on me but after that it was very nice to ride. The handle bars still need a shim in them to get really tight in that old neck.

Thank alot. A few friends of mine have done bikes similar to this and i always like the wide tire in the back and the thin, delicate tire up front. The rear anchors the bike but then the front gives a lightness to it at the same time.

Also, a few pictures up I see your coaster brake arm isnt attached to the rear stay, I assume or hope you got that corrected, it'll work alot better that way :)
