Add feedback

Might just be me, but I'm trying to give someone feedback, but when I hit add feedback under their avatar nothing happens.

I've had that problem in the past but I'm usually on Tapatalk on my phone . It may work better if your on the computer.

I don't know, I was on an ipad earlier, but I'm trying on a computer with same results. I'll send the higher ups a message.

It worked fine last week, but like you discovered it is not working today.

The company that makes the feedback plugin sent me an email over the weekend alerting me that it posed a security risk and that I needed to update the plugin. I did the update and it must have goofed it up.

I just tried to upload it again...let me know if it's still acting up.

I still can't. nothing happens when I hit add feedback. When I try to look at someone's trading profile, a white error page comes up and says "www.ratrodbikes.com is currently unable to handle this request".

Feedback system should be back up and running.
