Do you know where one can get the red stripe tires in both the 20" and 16" sizes nowadays?

What's the bike with the basket in the background in the first picture?

Would that be a 1959 Chevy El Camino sitting under that little green furry fellow in the top shelf of the cabinet?

the redline tires show up, but are pricey when they do. especially the 16" front ones
