Well some of you may remember this old rust bucket that I drug home about 2 years ago.

Well today I found a product that actually works pretty good and turns "Rust" into "Patina" :lol:

Also put some new wheels on it.

I was amazed at how some of the decals came back to life but kept their aged and patina'ed look.

I figured that stuff would damage the decals. Its great to find out that it doesn't.

Yeah I didn't know if it would or not either I had this can sitting around so I did a test spot and it looked great so I did the whole bike.

Are you planning to clear it over if it was mine I'd do a satin finish clear an call her done jus sayn that's a kickn patina

If I keep it I'll probably throw some gloss clear on it since I already have some on the shelf. I might have it traded off. That's one reason I had to rescue it from the scrap yard, the patina is beautiful.

Love the look that gives! I have some mudguards/fenders that this might work wonders on...

Would have thought satin would preserve the look more, just my op.

Just to make it a rider I threw a seat I had laying around on it, put the chain guard back on, and well......you tell me.
