Does anyone know if I can have chrome sandblasted off a set of wheels I have for my truck. They are aluminum and I still had them on when we got hit by an early snow a while back, they have some pitting and peeling. I would like to polish the rim and paint the spokes. Thanks.

I wouldnt see why not... just have to mask off the areas you dont want blasted, but I would advise consulting with a blaster company in your area, they should lead you in the right direction.
Might also think about powder coating, the stuff is very durable and comes in most colors. And most powdercoaters can do the blasting to get it prepped right.
