Well I got it into rider form. Gonna cruise the car show in rat form tomorrow. I will hook up the shifter in the morning during pre-ride.

This is much closer to what I envisioned when I first saw the hacked-up OCC. It certainly has "Wheelie Machine" written all over it. 8)

good first ride. The frame did not break with my 347 pound carcass riding it! :mrgreen:
brakes, shifter extension, and a way to stiffen up the springer front end are my next things to address.

Awesome stuff!
Just an idea, but if you added some length to the top tubes and the down tube in front of the seat post and bottom bracket, you would gain yourself some knee room and it might be a more comfortable ride...
