Another Hello from Utah

I've always loved vintage bicycle but never seemed to be at the right place to pick one up.... I finally got one a few days ago!

I have no idea what it is I can't seem to find much information the color that's on it is a repaint, the head badge is bare metal, and It seems like there isn't many frames with two bars on top and one on the bottom. The pedals are modern obviously, and i'll be swapping those for something older.

and it seems to happen. Since I like old bikes I must like old VW's. And this is true as well
