Found in the crawl space under an old house in Boulder, CO. I'm under the impression it's a tricycle saddle, any ideas? Thanks!

You're probably right, or else a small "sidewalk bike". It could have a company name stamped on the bottom, Persons and Troxel being the two most common. -Adam
