It's tough to tell from the pics. Can you get a closeup, I'm looking to see what kind of ribbing it might have. Is it an electric horn or mechanical?

There was no horn in the tank. It was completely stripped out. I just added the button to fill the hole until I can find a horn to install. Here are some close up pics.

Slow day at work, so I went searching all over. This is a 49 Columbia. Looks like your tank, Columbia had the horn button on the left side, so I think this is it. i also think it was an electric horn.
