Any idea what this is?

I might be getting these two bikes in on trade and wondering what they are. The one I know is a GT and he said he does have the wheels for it just no seat, other than that looks in good shape. The other has me completely stumped. It's a ladies bike so it would probably get parted just want to know what it is ???

Looks like a Tyler from Poland or a Romet but there are some other bikes the same way.

GT looks early to mid 90's to me. canti brakes and is that a rock shock mag 21. The mag 21 (same as Specialized Futureshock) were prone to blowing seals. make sure the fork has some life left to it before making a trade

Chain ring looks right but mine is a lugged frame and that one doesn't look like it is.
