Me too.

Every year at scout camp I make all the scouts a neckerchief slide with leather.

The year camp was closed for Covid we had our own mini summer camp at Gifford Pinchot State Park. I led a Leather Craft merit badge.

I've been doing my own leather work for close to 6 years now. Everything has been done the hard way because leather sewing machines go for $1500+.
