I just bought a Woolworth "Comet" which is a Huffy built bike. It is an orange muscle bike, nothing special, just a little 3 speed. Anyway, this is the first Woolworth badged bike I have seen. I remember the store, but did not remember them ever selling bikes. The bike is in pieces and pretty rough so I have nothing for pics right now, but will post something eventually. I would like to find some literature on this bike. It is a 71 or later bike with a BMA sticker and a thumb shift. (serial# is illegible for now) If anyone happens to have info or literature on Woolworth bikes please post something. Pics of your Woolworth bikes of any type as well.
