Just picked up a sunlite classic saddle but I just realized Idk if u can move the clamp horizontally. I have a lucky 7 style seatpost on my bike. One pic I found looks like the clamp can't be swiveled ....any help is appriciated

I have that seat in tan and to the best of my knowlege (bike not close by) the clamp can be swiveled pretty much 360. Just the standard kind of clamp.

I have that seat. I took the crash rail off ,Just didn't fit the bike (crash rail) here's a couple pics. I did have to make a sleeve out of a old seat post for the clamp.

Saddle looks fine, but you're fenders are incredibly nice. Thumbs up.
