Anyone used a Velo VL 1221 saddle? Any good?

Hey all,
Considering one of these saddles for my build-off bike and want to know if anyone has tried one, it has the right shape and style for the bike but I don't want to end up with a saddle that feels like sitting on an axe blade...

There a few of similar style so may be best to read some reviews of those. Typical plastic saddle with padding and a vinyl cover.

I have a few that look like that with a different name. For me they work great, but I'm a roadie so they are more the shape I'm familiar with.

Used it on a 80's road bike ss conversion. Made my junk go numb after a couple miles.

I've had the Felt version rides fine but theres a rivet holding the rails in place on the front thats pulled itself out of the plastic body. May not be an issue if the seat doesnt have springs though.

The nose of the seat needs to be pointed down more, may need to go forward if your hands go numb.

I think at the price I can get it for and it has exactly the look I want, it might be worth the risk...
