Atom front brake

I picked up a set of 26 inch Schwinn s-2 wheels with atom brakes and was wondering what the lever with the two holes attaches to? I assume the fork but it is missing something.Thanks for any help.

If that is a photo of the rear brake, I think you just use a coaster brake strap and bolt it through the hole. if that's the front, then the long fixed arm that usually mounts against the fork leg is missing or it was cut short or I have no idea

The picture is of the front brake,it looks original and not cut off.It's the two holes that look strange to me and what kind of clamp would have been on it. Thanks for looking.

Time to get custom then! you could drill and tap a hole on the inside of the fork leg for a fixing screw/bolt to hold it in place.

This is not an Atom but same setup. You might get by with just a coaster brake strap depending on your fork.
