No worries on the seat comfort. I found the perfect seat to fit the design. It will be slightly modified and recovered. Will post a pic of the unaltered seat today.

had some success with this in the past.

PP, I have used that process on metal in the past. The side covers are molded plastic.

Took the headlight & taillight off a defunct motorized foldable camper bicycle. They will be used on this build after be slightly modified to fit.

LOL! Nothing clandestine about this build. The lights look like they could be reused from a old Bianchi motorized foldable. Just need to modify them to look right on the trike.
