AWESOME frame...how was it achieved?

Just came across an interesting pic via this link http://forums.mtbr.com/showthread.php?t=473549 ...scroll down to all black rat posted by "jeffgothro". Looks like a 50s schwinn straight bar, prewar...but is it modified at bottom bracket?

if youre referring to hoochs bike(rosemary) its a stock frame.........
if its the all black one thats also a stock frame(german made pimpgarage i think theyre called)

I know... beautiful bike, but just the bare frame is $320 before shipping. I'm pretty sure I couldn't afford one.

Ah there you go ,its nothing special and you could probably find a worksman frame and change the front downtube really cheap.
