I found a backwards fork on a Schwinn cruiser in Sears on Long Island today. I went in looking at the gas grills and they were slapped together and I drifted over to the bikes and it seems like the same guy had the job of attempting to put these together. Fork backwards ,brakes not working, bikes falling over because the kickstands were loose etc.. You don't have to be a bike guy to realize this was not the store to buy a bike.
I'm glad we're back to bikes and off 911. I live here in NYC and got lots to say on the subject :x ,but not here. This is my happy place . :)
Regards ,

i don't get it but i see it every day at the stores. on my bikes if you turn the handle bars so the forks are backwards they almost fight to go back the right way. i tried riding with them backwards and you know in a second they are wrong. i think they do it on purpose so you won't be tempted to ride the bike around the store. nobody is that stupid, are they?

 Backwards forks, this is the first time seeing them like that before and I hope I never do when I go to the store but the ones here seem to never pump up the tires.
