Bavatus bike (I think?) fomr the UK

This is actually my second posting and 2nd project which I think is a dutch bike manufacturer 'Bavatus'?!?!?!? Struggle to get hold of any intersteng frames here in the UK but pretty pleased with this so far and transormed the bike by putting on the Fat Frank Tyres. Let me know what you think and what style of bike this is?

Batavus is a Dutch brand, they're pretty expensive. Might be a Retro Singlespeed

I originally viewed the pic correctly, but now that you pointed it out, I can see the cool foot tall bike on the kitchen island.
