Bayou Bengal

[N.Kildare1718]

This build was off a 1970 Western Flyer Wild One frame built by Murray. I used a Murray Eliminator girls bike as a donor for the forks, sissybar, wheels, crank-sprocket, stem, fenders and chainguard. Seat is Schwinn and grips came off Renegade Esso.
Custom design on the headbadge and reverse screen for the forks and chainguard. Frame is Powdercoat. Choose this frame for the 24 x 20 wheel design and large chainguard. New tires and new chain, Wellgo bear trap pedals. Use extra links of chain to make the brake arm strap. Went with double kickstand for better stability. When at LSU tailgate good idea to be as stable as possible. Attempted to keep the Murray look with stripe Decals on frame. Added our N. Kildare Quality Decal at the top. Bike rides great. I am pleased with results. I Enjoyed watching all the great builds come together. Very talented and dedicated Bike artists on the Ratrod site.
