Removed the Apes, Threw on a set of Electra Townie Bars, Removed the chain guard and added 26'' wheels with a red band bendix hub. It's way more fun to ride now.

I built this one for my 72 year old cousin, she wanted a coaster brake bike, doesn't like hand brakes! I just couldn't see her on a Wally World special. Picked this 1951 Hiawatha up from my friend 65rat.
