Best Method For Cleaning Tires?

Are your tires in bad shape and do you intend to ride on them often? If they are in good shape and you're building a rat, ride them as is. Kenda has a nice whitewall for a decent price.

I wouldn't have started this thread if I wanted new tires.
I have Dyno Super Slicks with the white lettering on the side. They're in good shape, just a bit faded.

Seriously, get Wesley's Bleche-White, there is NOTHING better for tires. If you want you can hit the side of the tires with a very light coat of armor-all or something after using the Bleche-White, they'll look like a million dollars.
