Although this if from last spring, it has just recently been brought to my attention.

In the land of vintage and restored bikes (and the parts that they need) emerges a few humble custom bikes, simply known as FreakBikes.
Behold ......

In the first row, pic 4 = Gigs Split Personality bike in front, then my old Rat B. Nimble, then the head of Big Moe's Dragonwood.
Second row, pic 1= Big Moe's Dragonwood, pic 2= BG Custom's Aliigator headlight, pic 3= BG Custom's Marine corp bike in the front, his his alligator bike and the little chop is his boy Erin's (Erin did alot of the work himself!).
Then go wayyyy down
Tenth row, pic 3 is Big Moe on his Atmic Zombie inspired electric trike

Not too shabby from a group of misfits!

Nice pics. Glad to see some recognition for all kinds of bikes especially at a show like that.
 
Thanks guys! If any of you can get the whole weekend off or even just a little bit ......

The FreakBike Militia - Great Lakes will be hosting the Rock the Isle/Ring the Bell ride on Bell Isle in Detroit on April 30th 2011 and then head out to the Ann Arbor Bike Show May 1st 2011.

This weekend will be bigger and better than ever before! Many of the Detroit Autorama bikes will be out for both days as well plenty of other bikes and lots of crazy things to do! Everyone's welcome to come for the ride and hang with us the next day! Heck I'll even let you guys by me an old classic if you'd like! :wink:
