How do I measure the size of a bicycle? From what point to what point. From the seat to the chainguard, or how does this work. Thank-You

Most of the time you measure from the center of the bottom bracket (round tube that the crank slides through) to the top of the seat tube.

Some folks also like to know stand-over height...which is from the ground to the top of the top tube.
