Sho nuff! I grew up small town and the street lights were my curfew.
I think the note was put in last minute cuz the editor at Safety Town realized that the illustrator didn't draw reflectors and panicked.

Where I live today we still have no stinking street lights nor any stinky sidewalks to clear after a snow storm. Every year someone has a petition to put both in and every year no one signs it. By the way I live outside of Detroit.
