I think it's mocking a Dutch bike which even some of the mens have the rear wheel guard.

After looking at the geometry with the 700c fork, I wonder how this frame would look with a springer fork. A front end that pushes the wheel forward and lowers the frame to a more parallel position would be cool. For $99, it might make a nice boardtracker. You could probably resell the wheelset/tires for at least half of that.

Nexus internal 7 Speed.
This frame mocks:
1905 Huffman.
I have dropbars on it.
The forward uppwars;
Is only an optical illusion,
Cycle actually, sets level.
