Amazing. Very sad about the kid(s?) being taken away, but a really inspiring story.

You know, the company I work for does a similar thing, a service we call Dr Bike or Cycle Surgery all over the UK. We don't sell bikes but the big difference is that instead of scratching a living the town or city halls pay us to turn up and fix peoples bikes.
