Headed out tomorrow on a trip, so I squared away the shop. I thought I had 14 bikes, but only counted 10, with 2 upstairs.

Wow! I’ve never had a shop that looked that clean in my life. It looks like my kitchen!
I redid the layout and hung the bikes along the back wall. It looks like more room now.
This is my outdoor shop, after much sweeping and vacuuming.
Most of my welding and grinding and painting work happens under this big tent, which I call an awning for legal reasons.

I picked up an old truing stand, cleaned it up and painted it. Now it's a display in the shop with my first edition Bendix hub.

Seeing all these workplace setups, decorations, etc. is giving me a weird mix of inspiration, jealousy, and motivation to change my own space...even though I don't think there's much I want to change, lol
Same here. I need to get some neon lights now. Maybe one of those vintage light wheel things we used to highlight Christmas trees back in the 60's.
