Bike skirts

Has anyone try to make skirts for your bike?

There are a couple of posts about ideas of making them from floor fan housings.
Haven't seen anyone do it yet.

I made these out of sheet metal. Nothing fancy but they work.

Mine are '52 Ford seat pans, flipped up side down and cut out into skirt shapes. Not the best pics but you get the idea. I wanted Colorflow skirts but they cost too much.
