Rahr Brewery is a cool place (a little hard to find) and Trinity Bikes is a very cool LBS.

As far as I know, yes, but I could be wrong.
Trinity Bicycles only opened a couple of years ago.
We stopped by right after they opened the doors.
Neat shop, caters to commuters with showers available, etc.
