Woah woah woah, anybody know where to find more info on the airplane engine powered motorbike?

The motorcycle with the airplane engine was in the special room of the Air and Space Museum dedicated to the Wright Brothers. Sorry, I dont have any more information on it but you might find some more info on it from the Smithsonian website. I bought a book while I was there but havent had time to really go through it yet. Its called "From Bicycles to Biplanes", very cool info and pics about the Wright Brothers bicycle business.

WOAH! That's super cool, thanks for sharing! That airplane motor powered boardtrack type machine is crazy- I'd like to see it go! The first and the Wright bros. bikes are stunning.

so he went 117 mph on this thing ? :?

if he laid on it, what's up with the bars? they'd be 2 feet behind him :?:
if he didn't lay on it, how'd he stay on at that speed . . .
