What frame you're looking for is a Merlin Paperboy! Good luck!

Merlin Newsboy is a cantilever frame. Nice, but not a straight bar like Gary's Schwinn

I was thinking about something similar the other day but in Ti, disk brakes, fat 650B's, 1x, and sparrow bars
