Bikesdirect.com looking to create a retro fixed gear frame!

Check out this link on bikeforums.net. It looks like Bikesdirect.com is thinking of making a double top tube fixed gear frame for a retro ride.
I think their inspiration came from somebody over here.

Could it be possible that our beloved style of bikes is about to go sell out mainstream? Emo kids with white belts and Nickelodeon haircuts riding ratrods? I sure hope not!

still one of my favorite bikes on here, i can definately see why it caught their eye
